MISSION
In the context of the restructuration of our IT Governance, you will join as VIE the IT department in Frankfurt am Main.
Amoung your main missions will be the following:
- Based on interviews within the IT department, the policies will be reviewed and modified to our needs; all changes need to be documented in minutes
- Existing processes will be reviewed, changes identified and documented within the wiki application
- A smart internal control system (for each identified process) must be created and documented
- Processes and controls will be checked on Paris' side to ensure a group approach; if possible, controls will be set up on group level
- Roll-out of the new Governance structure
- Support management reporting of Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk indicators to the board
PROFILE
- Successfully completed university studies of computer science, business informatics or business sciences
- Experience in process analysis and modelling
- Knowledge about IT Standards ITIL and COBIT
- Very good English and good German language skills
- Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good communication skills (across all hierarchical levels)Team ability / Team spirit
- Methodological and specialist knowledge in the areas of IT security, networks, operating systems and databases or in the areas of IT governance, IT architectures and IT risk management not mandatory, but beneficial
