We are looking for experienced and passionate people to join our teams in Warsaw.

Business Process Analyst

Responsible for work on projects and initiatives that will have a significant impact on Nielsen’s business through process improvement and innovation. Will become a subject matter expert regarding operational business processes, process execution and gain experience in liaison with internal stakeholders.

CHALLENGES THAT AWAIT YOU:

·  Analyze and identify areas for improvement in production environments and drive convergence of processes and tools.
·  Identify and implement solutions that translate in to standardization and process efficiency while balancing local BAU needs.
·  Serve as a change agent to improve business processes and implement changes that become embedded
·  Drive the sharing and institutionalization of best demonstrated practices across teams and countries
·  Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising as needed with stakeholders and colleagues
·  Total or partial engagement in multiple projects (local or global) driving to convergence and clients solutions
·  Management of all aspects of assigned projects including scope, time, quality and communications, and cost/budget management where specified, following the Nielsen project lifecycle definitions and processes.
·  Facilitate and own the training and training plan for local teams in Pre-transition, transition and BAU phase
·  Train and coach various resources to develop local experts and ensure new business processes and tools are fully handled with BAU team

YOUR PROFILE:

·  Bachelor’s degree (Science, Technology, Math or Engineering background)
·  1-2 years of experience in an operations environment
·  Ability to solve challenging problems
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Strong project management and organizational skills
·  Proven communication, interpersonal skills and high energy
·  Very good Team player
·  Excellent customer service abilities
·  Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency. Specifically the ability to write specifications for IT interpretation
·  Willingness to travel is expected
