We are looking for our business unit „Advanced Networking Solutions“ (ANS), a leading manufacturer of active network components for harsh environment and office buildings, an / V.I.E Support for Ethernet switch systems
Your responsibilities:
Customer support via telephone, Email, remote sessions or on site visits
Analyzing hardware and software problems and solve them in close cooperation with the customer
Development on Windows / Linux platforms
Programming test tools
Creating test specifications
Test and documentation of new features
Creating documentation in German and English language
Preparing and conducting technical trainings
Your profile:
Bachelor or Master graduate in Informatics or a similar course of studies
Detailed knowledge of:
- Ethernet networks
- IPv4/IPv6, TCP/IP and routing protocols
- Configuration of LAN switches and routers
- Network management
Affinity for creating technical documentation
Good knowledge of English written and spoken
Other foreign language, especially French, beneficial
Good communication skills
Team player
Travel readiness
Duration: 12 months renewable.
