HR Business Partner Boutique

Mission:

Provides support and services to the Boutique Department in all aspects of the HR function, ensuring compliance with all Nespresso personnel policies and guidelines in accordance with local legislation. Implements HR initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

· Support the Boutique Managers in understanding the management of HR processes to ensure their correct implementation, providing appropriate tools and ad hoc training

· Monitor People KPIs in Boutique through monthly reports (head budgets, holidays, absenteeism, turnover, bank hours, etc.)

· Take insights from data and suggests / direct actions to the right stakeholders

· Proactively support Line Managers in driving the organizational evolution of the assigned Boutiques providing Feedback and Coaching

· Support Boutique Managers in creating and maintaining an High Performance culture (quarterly performance evaluation process, low performing resource development plans, critical case management)

· Identify Key Positions and monitor succession plans (Succession Plan Process)

· Support Line Managers in identifying internal Talents and providing the right development path (Talent Process)

· Support Boutique Managers in the salary review process in line with the market benchmarks (Mercer)

· Supervise Talent Acquisition process by supporting Line Managers in selecting the right profiles according to business needs

· Monitor Talent Acquisition KPIs and promptly address any corrective actions

Profile

· Master Degree

· HR Experience of at least 5y

· Coaching

· Negotiation

· Analysis and data insight

· Emapthy and communication skills

· Planning and organizational skills

· MS Office (excellent Excel, Power Point)

· Dynamic and open-minded

· Positive and proactive attitude

· Excellent English, written and spoken
