The Incumbent is responsible for coordinating Nestlé's translation business needs in an accurate and timely manner and also reviewing, proofreading & providing French translation. This role is also expected to perform administrative tasks related to overall project management, vendor quality monitoring, feedback, and reporting.

Major Responsibilities:
Manage translation process and conduct in-house French translation
· Support the Marketing team with in-house translation of all labels and other promotional materials.
· Work with Corporate Affairs and cross-functional teams to provide translation services as required.
· Work on key corporate platforms including Website, Intranet etc. and review/maintain French Content.
· Provide translation support on key consumer-facing and corporate documents.

Manage Translation agencies:
· Manage relationship with the company's external translation agencies to maintain work demands and ensure quality of translation.
· Manage timelines and coordinate tasks for major translation projects.
· Survey client groups periodically to evaluate needs and satisfaction as it relates to improving efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:
· A university degree in translation or equivalent.
· Minimum 3-5 years of translation experience.
· Must have the ability to produce high quality revisions/translations with minimal supervision.
· Knowledge of CPG industry is an asset.
· Excellent knowledge of English language and mastery of French language.
· Very strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be proactive, service and detail-oriented.
· Must be able to communicate effectively and collaboratively with employees at every level and functional area of the organization as well as with external stakeholders.
· Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities/deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
