Main responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruiting process for all areas of the Adecco Group at coordinator and specialist level
- Business partnering with hiring managers and executives in order to fill vacancies and future positions effectively and efficiently.
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to gain a broad understanding of the Adecco Group's operations
- Cooperation with adjacent HR departments responsible for the Employee Life Cycle
- Negotiation of employment conditions in cooperation with hiring managers
- Support for business partners in various areas
- Close cooperation with the business
- Active sourcing
WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- Identifying and coordinating recruiting profiles with the business and HR leadership to meet the talent acquisition needs of the business
- Reconciliation of search profile and recruiting activities with the Hiring Managers
- Implementation of recruiting activities in various channels (e.g. ads) and functions (e.g. talent scouts)
- Conducting (telephone) interviews, both alone and with managers, including subsequent salary negotiations
- Selection of suitable candidates and placement of advertisements
- Securing the Candidate Pipeline
- Continuous presence with internal customers
WHAT ATTRIBUTES YOU BRING ALONG:
- You have successfully completed your studies or an apprenticeship in Business Administration or Human Resources
- You are passionate about recruiting
- You have very good communication skills and a great team spirit
- You have a structured way of working as well as good organisation skills
- You are fluent in German, both written and spoken (C1 Level)
