SOURCING SPECIALIST (F/M/D)

WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- You will identify relevant candidates and build up the company candidate database
- You will build candidate talent pools
- You will support the recruiting team in uploading applications into the CRM-System
- You will keep an overview on different freelance jobs in the German market
- You will provide information to all freelance recruiters in Germany regarding market conditions and candidate availability
- You will give advice to and support hiring managers with all recruitment needs
WHAT ATTRIBUTES YOU BRING ABOUT:
- You have successfully completed your studies (Bachelor) or vocational training in Recruitment or Human Resources Management
- You have experience in interpreting data and reporting
- You have outstanding communication and listening skills, both in German and English (B2 level in both languages)
- You have confident telephone manners
- You thrive when working in a team
- You have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Outlook, Excel and Word)
Location: Stuttgart
Duration: 12 months
