BUSINESS MANAGER (M/F/D)

WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and introducing them to Modis and to our services
- You will build and take care of your clients’ portfolio and act as their main point of contact
- You will have to understand your clients’ needs and offer them tailor-made solutions matching their requirements
- You will be in continuous contact with our recruitment team and work with them to find the most suitable candidates for your clients’ projects
- You will review candidates’ profiles and select the best suited ones to introduce to your clients
- You will have to work together with different stakeholders, such as the recruitment team, business support department, Talent management team, clients and candidates
WHAT ATTRIBUTES YOU BRING ALONG:
- You have successfully graduated in the field of Business Management or Sales (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- You already have gained experience in sales and customer acquisition
- You have excellent communication skills and thrive when working in a team
- Your profile is completed by very good English written and spoken skills (C1) as well as French, German or Dutch knowledge
Duration: between 12 and 24 months
Locations: Bruxelles (Grand Bigard), Liège
