WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- As part of our recruitment team, you will actively look for highly skilled profiles on social media plattforms such as Xing and LinkedIn or on jobboards such as StepStone
- You will make contact with potential candidates, introduce the company and use your persuasive powers to turn potential candidates into applicants
- You will conduct the first interview with candidates and forward their profiles to the relevant teams
- You will be responsible for your own candidate pool and will follow up your candidates' entire recruitment process
WHAT ATTRIBUTES YOU BRING ALONG:
- You have successfully completed your studies in administration or human resources management (Bachelor or Master9
- You have ideally already gained a first experience in the recruitment field (e.g. during an internship)
- You ideally already have experience with Linkedin's boolean search
- You are proficient in German and English (C1 level in both languages) and have great communication and interpersonal skills
- You thrive when working in a team and with different stakeholders
Locations: Nürnberg, Karlsruhe
Duration: between 12 and 24 months
