WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE ?
- Building relationships with your clients to deliver our full range of engineering services
- Acquiring new customers and offer our solutions to meet their needs
- Consulting your client in staffing their open vacancies and developing individual solutions
- Leading engineering projects with strong emphasis in delivering best-in-class services
- Identifying and acquiring potential candidates and supporting them in their whole application process
WHICH ATTRIBUTES YOU BRING ALONG ?
- Degree level qualification or apprenticeship (chamber of commerce degree)
- First experience in sales, generated in a professional services firm or in technical sales
- You are a bright and level-headed people person, who loves dealing with client demands
- Thrive under pressure and embrace challenging situations with style and ease
- Sound knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in German and English language
