Cell Culture Lead, Life Science APAC

As the Cell Culture Lead, you will drive the cell culture product portfolio marketing activities in Life Science together with all the APAC countries’ commercial marketing teams. In this fast and growing region, you will assist in boosting the market presence digitally and driving organic growth with strategic marketing initiatives across the region. The opportunity

Based in APAC, you must establish excellent and collaborative working relations with our global and APAC commercial colleagues.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

·  Develop and execute marketing strategies to help drive awareness and conversion for Cell Culture product portfolio
·  Expand cell culture workflow tools market size in APAC
·  Handle FBS forecast, pricing, reservation guidelines, strategic account management, and work with regulatory team on documentations and importation requirements
·  Manage and grow cell biology bulk business
·  Ensure implementation of compelling marketing tactics through multiple channels
·  Maintain digital footprint of Cell Culture product portfolio in APAC (core and advanced cell culture products)
·  Support and regionalize global marketing plans
·  Works collaboratively with marketing teams in APAC countries
·  Supports APAC local countries’ activities such as webinars, trade displays and digital activities
·  Direct point of contact for any updates on Cell Culture business in APAC to global
·  Networks and builds relationships with key opinion leaders in 3D cell culture area
·  Gathers competitor information and keeps a close eye on technology trends and scientific literature.
·  Provide regular oral and written communication of metrics, successes, failures, and best practices to leadership and team

About You

You have

·  Minimally BS degree in Life Science, Business or related field. MBA and/or Master/PhD highly preferred
·  Marketing experience on cell culture products in various customer segments
·  Technical knowledge on stem cell, oncology, 3D cell culture and cellular assays is a plus
·  3-5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing and product management
·  Marketing acumen in developing marketing strategy
·  Ability to develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of innovation and collaboration
·  Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organisation
·  A creative and analytical mindset
·  Strong business acumen and customer centric
