Junior Brand Activation Manager (m/f)

 

and bring the brand strategy to live and lead brand activation in order to grow the business of the assigned brand by acting as Co-Pilotfor the Brand Manager and by leading 360°Activation projects with excellence in execution. Alsoprove yourself in a variety of ambitious tasks, such as

 

·  Own activation budget for assigned brand/ projects
·  Actively supports Brand Growth:
·  Support shaping of brand strategy by acting as co-pilot for Brand Manager
·  Contribute to definition of initiative pipeline towards region
·  Growth Initiatives Delivery:
·  Support building the annual activation plan (e.g. Promotions, Sampling, PR)
·  Execute in excellence the annual activation plan
·  Support the reapplication of regional initiatives & locally from toolkit to execution
·  Own low complex New Product Development projects (e.g. Flavour Rotations)
·  Creation of compelling sales materials:
·  Develop and align all materials needed to support introduction of new initiatives
·  Ensure best-in-class launch execution
·  Steer process and alignment with all involved parties
·  Insights Generation:
·  Generate relevant shopper Insights in cooperation with CMI
·  Post Implementation Analysis of Activities to continuously improve efficiency of recommended activation plan
·  Connect & Collaborate:
·  Active role in portfolio projects / cross functional team
·  Update key workstreams and identify best practices for sharing on a regional level
·  Drive enthusiasm for the assigned brand
·  Be contact person for relevant stakeholders (sales, activation team) when it comes to brand activation

 

What we expect of you:

·  Master’s Degree in business or similar; major in marketing and/ or sales
·  First Project Management Skills
·  First work experience in Marketing through internships and preferably in FMCG environment
·  Basic knowledge in agency briefing & management
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
