Purpose of Role

Ensure reservations received through various channels are accurately inputted into the PMS according to Marriott standards and guidelines while maintaining outstanding customer service and ability to promote the hotel product actively in professional manner.

Responsibly Description




§ Ensure attention-to-detail on all reservations with precision in preparation

prior to guests' arrival.

§ Input bookings from domestic and international wholesalers into the PMS and

respond within the same day.

§ Confirm reservations and ensure all reservations are guaranteed prior to

guests' arrival.

§ Capable to introduce the hotel's products and facilities to guests with

comprehensible manner.

§ Demonstrate ability to promote any current packages and promotions by the

hotel.

§ Ensure all guest inquiries are responded within 24 hours upon receiving the

inquiry.

§ Respond enquiries through the reservation general email address promptly

and assist with the maintenance of the reservation email account filing

system.

§ Complete daily checklist tasks efficiently.

§ Support the team with effective filing systems either manually and

electronically for easy access and retrieval of all reservation relevant

correspondences.

§ Comprehend various Marriott standards and guidelines in order to comply

reservation procedures accordingly.

§ Enlighten guests about the Marriott Preferred Guest program when required.
