Job Summary

To uphold The St. Regis standards and to be responsive to the instructions of the Assistant Front Office Manager/Duty Manager. The role of the Front Desk Agent will be to accommodate the requests and needs of all guests. The Front Desk Agent will be required to greet, check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently, process all payments according to established hotel requirements, make recommendations, advise and sell rooms and related services, provide information to any guest or visitor inquiry and bid farewell to guests.

The Front Desk Agent will act at all times in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

Requirement:-

·  Minimum 1 year experience in a luxury hotel, preferably working in a “front of house” position. However, candidates with other backgrounds and the right attitude will be considered.
·  Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market with guest request.
·  Detail oriented and hands on, being able to maintain an organization in a multi-tasking environment.
·  Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging emotionally with guests and colleagues.
