Job Summary

Responsible for the development of long term corporate stay (solicit new accounts, maintain existing accounts and elaborate)

Identify, solicit and sell to all companies representing a potential business volume within a specific geographical radius, in the corporate sector for long term stays / extended stay. (Target, prospect, negotiate and acquire new accounts)

·  Maintain and saturate the base of existing long-term stay corporate clients.
·  Plan and prepare solicitation and develop new accounts.
·  Quickly identify new business opportunities related to economic changes of all kinds.
·  Achieve sales targets as specified in the estimated operating budget.
·  Organize and conduct on site hotel visits for future potential corporate accounts and or bookings.
·  Travel to represent the hotel at various fairs, shows or others.
·  Participate in sales blitzes and other commercial activities.
·  Perform all other duties required and related to this position.

Requirements:

·  Excellent communication in both English and French (written and spoken)
·  Minimum of 2 years experience in corporate sales or relative position
·  Available to travel and represent the hotel
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Interest in local, international and economic news
·  Oriented towards actions and results
·  Vehicle with drivers permit
·  Neat and well groomed professional appearance
