Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Sejwad Hotels Management & Development Company. The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International.
The Front Office Manager is responsible for all front office functions and associates. Oversees Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk and Retail/Gift Shop, as applicable. Works with managers and associates to successfully execute all front office duties, ensure smooth and efficient guest arrival and departure process. Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication and team building skills with associates, peers and across departments.
· Qualified candidates should possess at least 3-years Full-Service Hotel Guest Service Supervisory and Night Audit experience with an emphasis on guest service satisfaction. Proficient in MARSHA and OPERA systems.
· Excellent communication skills. Prior management experience in hospitality is a must. Must be highly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and desire for achievement. Exceptional customer service skills required. Must possess strong computer skills. Strong understanding of accounting procedures also a plus.
· Excellent communication and presentations skills required.
· Must be flexible and willing to work evenings & weekends
