The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International.

Four our exclusive 4 Star Superior Courtyard by Marriott hotel in close vicinity to the Hamburgian Airport, we are looking for an Assistant Reservation Manager with immediate effect or as soon as possible. The position will directly report to the Front Office Manager as well as to the General Manager.

Your duties would be the following:

·  Professional acceptance and execution of individual reservations and group bookings
·  Creation of Proposals and Confirmations
·  Complete Handling of Group Bookings and communication with all relevant departments
·  Sale of available rooms in consideration of optimal capacity utilization
·  active sale of all relevant hotel services
·  close cooperation with Front Office, Sales Department, Banquet Sales and Accounting Department
·  Commission Handling
·  Complaint Management and Duty Management
·  Completed apprenticeship in hotel business
·  at least one or two years experience in front office or reservations department
·  The position requires engagement, accountability and flexibility
·  English & German Skills "business fluent"
