Job Description




The Assistant Front Office Manager will help to ensure the successful operation and administration of our front office functions including reservations, registration, bell services, telephone services and guest accounting. The ideal candidate will have a combination of education, training or experience that provides the required skills such as training staff, writing schedules, performing mathematical computations, and maintaining proper security of all cash funds. This position requires the capability to ensure that the department is continually balanced, while focusing on providing an exceptional experience to every guest. We are seeking an energetic, service-oriented leader who can effectively train, coach, motivate, engage, and provide feedback to the front office team in accordance with the standards of Marriott and Shaner Hotels.

Job Requirement

·  High School Diploma, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
·  1 year of front office experience in the hospitality industry
·  Knowledge of front desk procedures and protocol
·  Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
·  Excellent customer service skills
·  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
