Shaner Hotels, a leading owner / operator / developer of hospitality properties, has an opportunity for a talented Assistant Banquet Manager to join our team at our Playa Largo Resort & Spa in Key Largo, Florida. This unique Autograph Collection property offers 144 beautifully appointed guest rooms, 10 guest bungalows, a guest beach house, on-premises dining and outstanding meeting & banquet spaces.

The Assistant Banquet Manager will help manage all aspects of the banquet department and must also direct, implement and maintain a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide for respective staff while emphasizing the importance of quality customer service. The Assistant Banquet Manager must have knowledge of all room setups, service styles and requirements. Some duties include participating in meetings with the sales/coordinating manager and chef to help coordinate menus and equipment needed and preparing work schedules for staff. We are seeking a detail-oriented and capable leader who can help effectively manage a department under the standards of Marriott and Shaner Hotels.
