Key tasks

Responsibilities :
The Doorman will follow during the operations the instructions received by the Bell Captain or Chief Concierge.
Working Area
- The Doorman will stand most of the time outside at the hotel entrance or at the hotel door.
Front Door Operations
- To participate actively in welcoming warmly and greeting the guest as soon as he arrives at the hotel.
- To open all the car doors.
- When the Car Valet, to pick up quickly the luggage from the car's boot and to send them to the Concierge Desk area.
- To help the Security in clearing the traffic in the front of the hotel during busy hours.
- To open the hotel doors for the guests.
- To call taxi for guest and record their registration number carefully.
