We are currently looking for the following roles for our fabulous Kitchen brigade:

• Chef de Partie - Pastry:

Led by the extremely talented Executive Chef, Aurelie Altemaire, this role will allow you to develop your skills while honing in your passion and appreciation of tastes and flavours.

As a Demi Chef de Partie (Pastry) you will be responsible of the pastry section and therefore must perform the assigned tasks to the highest standards.

A good level of English, both written and spoken is essential and flexibility is required as
there will be a combination of early morning, evening and weekend shifts.

We are looking to fill this role as soon as possible and aim to come back to you within the next 2 weeks. If you are successful, you will be invited to an interview, followed by a trial shift.
