JOB PURPOSE:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the training team in the organization, production, and creation of trainings and presentations. Represents the department across all channels through collaborating with creative leadership and brand strategists to facilitate and execute all projects. Supports the team through assessment of employee needs as well as calendar and budget management.

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist VP and all members of the Training team in coordination and production of training needs in and out of the office
- Partner with multiple Departments including Merchandising, CRM, Events and Public Relations to develop training content
- Adjust priorities and manage time to most effectively support the business needs
- Communicate the narratives of individual collections both visually and in written formats
- Track productivity reporting process and collect commercial results to support the evaluation of the Training Departments performance
- Support the coordination and logistics of Training Department events
- Coordinate training calendar in support of all trainings in North America, and coordinates the logistics for internal and external trainings
- Responsible for the maintenance and management of the Department budget
- Responsible for supporting the Dior New Hire Experience
- Conducts analysis of product assortment and reporting by Boutique to scale training material to support individual boutique needs
Requirements
- 2-3 Years of luxury corporate and coordination experience in a specialty retail environment
- Strong computer and presentation skills with an emphasis on Powerpoint and Excel
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image and think creatively
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels of the organization
- Passionate and curious about the fashion industry and business
- Ability to help develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs in a variety of areas
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel as needed
