As HR key contact for our 15 subsidiaries and HQ sales functions, and in close collaboration with the Vice President Human Resources, you drive business value through talent development as well as organization effectiveness. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
For the HQ Sales functions, Italy, Middle-East & Russia: Support managers on all HR activities during the employee life cycle, such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, employee relations and change management. Ensure business needs are met in line with Company HR policies whilst also ensuring compliance with country employment regulations
 
Coordinate the global LVMH HR processes worldwide: budget, compensation review, succession plan, annual and monthly reports. Analyze HR metrics, forecast trends and propose ideas/solutions in support of maintaining competitiveness
 
Manage the international implementation of global LVMH HR initiatives and projects such as new LVMH values, salary surveys, talent management systems
 
In coordination with the HR Administration Manager, manage the expatriates: remuneration and benefits, relocation, career path
 
Initiate and roll out HQ initiatives for talent management: mentoring programme, international onboarding days, gender diversity programme, ...
 
Work with business managers to develop and maintain a culture that inspires and fosters high employee performance and engagement

Desired profile

Expérience requise : Minimum 5 ans
- Bachelor of Science or Master degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
- 5-7 years of Human Resources experience preferably in the luxury or retail industry;
- Experience in various aspects of HR, including employee relations & development, recruitment, compliance/labor laws, data/analytics and culture
- Customer (internal and external) facing HR experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills; seen as authentic and approachable
- Energetic, self-motivated, action and results-oriented
- Rigorous, organized and a strong analytical mind
