MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE
Acting as a Brand Ambassador this role has responsibility to coordinate and support the effective management of the shop floor which is representative of the Kenzo brand image and delivers world class customer service. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Operations and Floor Management
- Brand Ambassador
- Embody the Kenzo brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA
- Lead by example in demonstrating role model behaviour that is representative of the brand
- Keep up to date of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
- Lead the smooth daily running of the shop floor in conjunction with management
- Lead with creativity and inspire the team through morning briefings, training and direct coaching together with management, including motivating and communicating sales targets and KPIs
- Support the management team in the roll out of instore projects as well as provide sound ideas for improvement.
- Instruct and supervise staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, product returns
 
Client Management & VM
- Drive utilization of client book and systems, for yourself and through the team
- Enhance customer service standards in store to ensure world class service is delivered at all times
- Assist in dealing with customer complaints, exchanges and queries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and efficiently within the remit of our policies
- Assist store management in the maintenance of all visual guidelines to maintain store standards that reflect the Kenzo brand image at all times.
 
Business Monitoring
- Sales
- Consistently achieve sales objectives and KPIs
- Support the team and maintain communication with the management, contributing to the sharing of information, processes, initiatives and ideas
- Ensure stock loss is minimized by supporting management conduct weekly rotative inventories and bi-annual stock takes and maintaining stock room standards
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of merchandise, and develop product knowledge among the team

Profilo richiesto

Expérience requise : Minimum 2 ans
Education and Experience
- Significant retail experience in sales and managing people, high fashion environment preferably
- Software: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Good team player and ability to work on own with high levels of motivation
- Sound knowledge of UK Retail Laws, security and Health and Safety Legislation

- Ability to effectively and successfully supervise a team
- Strong and demonstrable commercial acumen
- A passion for customer service and sales floor focused
- Ability to establish a proactive approach in tackling issues and seek to identify and implement solutions
- Proactive and positive in approach
