Responsabilities
SUPPORT Affiliates
·
· Develop and provide the required technical information and support documentation for tenders and offers
· Ensure that product specification is in accordance with the application
· Develop and provide sales support calculations (e.g. life cycle , O&O cost)
· Maintain and provide mining equipment availability / slots
· Ensure that purchase orders (LIAS) are correct in terms of agreed specification, pricing, delivery and other terms if applicable
· Clearly communicate (on factory level) and follow-up promised/guaranteed delivery dates and take initiative in case of delays
· Clarify specific customer requirements (e.g. technical support)
· Offer factory visits and presentations to customers as requested by affiliates / dealers
· Ensure that product specification is in accordance with the application
· Provide all necessary data to Sales Admin for invoicing purpose
· Ensure logging of projects, accounts, opportunities, contacts, activities in CRM
· Attend customer meetings as required from Affiliate
· Collect, analyze & summarize sales data for financing application purpose (e.g. COFACE)
· Ensure that required training, technical assistance, special tooling, parts (initial stock) would be available for / are sold with the Excavators when required
· Follow-up and chase outstanding payments with Affiliate(s)
FURTHER TASKS AFTER INTERNAL TRAINEE PROGRAMM

· Assist in Direct Business with End Customers
· Provide factory visits to End Customers including presentations
· Assist Liebherr Affiliates and/or Dealers with MARC proposals in co-operation with Customer Support
· Assess risks linked to projects and ensure that Liebherr Mining is willing to bid
· Assist in Customer Relationship: meet with End Customers / provide presentations
· Conclude each sale (product and service) in form of a Supply/Service Contract
· Raise detailed project summaries/budgets (Supply & MARC)
· Interface between Affiliate/End Customer and other in house departments (Finance, Customer Support, Parts, Manufacturing, Marketing)
Competencies
·
· Engineering school or Business school
· 2 years of experience, ideally in sales and/or marketing, engineering of technical products (investment goods) in an international environment
·
· Management skills: Projects and ideally Sales
· Technical skills: Good knowledge/understanding in mechanical & electrical engineering
· Languages skills: Fluent in English and German
