Liebherr-Mining Equipment Colmar SAS, basée à Colmar (France), est un leader mondial dans la fabrication de pelles hydrauliques de 100 à 800 tonnes et de camions diesel-électriques de 100 tonnes pour l'industrie minière.

He/she executes the global Liebherr Mining Digitalization Strategy to achieve and create value added digital products/ solutions/ services for our customers and enhancement of our Liebherr value chain.

Responsabilities

· Participate in the Liebherr group wide IoT lab for IoT platform configuration and software development
· Work with the project team and transform IoT use cases scripts and requirements into technical specification concerning device connectivity, edge and cloud computing, mobile connectivity, integration into affected IT applications and automation, software algorithms for Big Data Analytics
· Software Development of end-to-end and secure digital solutions and services based on IoT platform capabilities and tools
· Ensure software testing and validation
· Ensure application hosting together with Liebherr Information systems and of rollouts (release and life-cycle management)

Competences

· Master of Science in computer science, Electronics, Engineering or comparable
· Good understanding of manufacturing industry, processes and relevant IT architectures e.g. ERP systems
· Minimum 5 years experience in the design and development of complex IT applications
· Fluent English. French and/or German of benefit
· Track record (3 years) in IoT software development at least in three of the following domains:
· Device Connectivity, Edge and Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, IT Integration and automation and/or software algorithms for Artificial Intelligence
· Deep knowledge of capabilities and restrictions of commercial IoT platforms, state of the art communication protocols and API integrations
· Very good experiences of agile software implementation methodologies and tools
· Experienced in working in interdisciplinary teams and in multi-cultural team environments
· Strong communication skills
· Demonstrated capabilities in software development and life-cycle management
· The position is located in Colmar, travelling 20-40%
