Who is the Pilot Manager of this company ? Pilot Manager is a strategic sale / account manager position. He/She has a lot of responsibilities and acts on two mains fields :
- French Airclubs relationships (mostly FFA)
- Pilots onboarding and activation : plane owners, airclub members and plane renters

Airclubs: Be the first point of contact of airclubs board members. Take care about the company airclubs communication and make sure that all pilots of air clubs are using this company.

Pilots: Onboard pilots by calling them and provide advice -> generate bookings. Help them to use the service and post flights by managing the strategy of flight routes: matching the passenger demand with the flight network.

Other missions of the Pilot Manager :
- Project management: develop and implement your own tools to control and develop your missions
- Work closely with the Country Manager, Operation team, UX team, Marketing team and the dev team
- Set up strategies with the Pilot Managers UK & DE.
- Organise the aviation event and pilot events
- Manage pilot acquisition & activation strategy (manage the pilot database with emailing campaigns etc.)
- Manage flights strategy by improving offer
- Animate, and grow our pilot community (through airclubs, social media, events etc)
- Send monthly Airclubs & Pilots Newsletters

Profil recherché

- Aviation knowledge
- Analytics competencies : be able to analyse datas and implement actions
- Good communication skills, comfortable on phone for the sale part
- Perfect french (spoken and written)
- Strong interest in the start-up world
- Fluent in English and French
- Multitasker, motivated, ability to work well alone and with others
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Having a PPL / LAPL is a big +
