Job description

Coordinate the planning and implementation of projects (Local implementation of Global projects/Tools; BU Cross Function projects/Finance dept projects etc)
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements; plan and schedule project timelines
Work with the project team to constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Update the reports defining project progress, problems and solutions with related stakeholder on a regular basis
