ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a confident and dynamic Retail Designer + Visual Merchandiser who has the ability to work in a fast paced & creative culture across all 5 brands within our Luxury Accelerator Brand portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

·  Adapting International brand guidelines to suit local market· Working with the APAC Zone & International Retail Design teams for design validation
·  Presenting to retailers and liaising with suppliers and contractors· Project management of contractors
·  Assisting with new store opening stock outs
·  Working with marketing teams for new product launches and how they will be executed in store including launch transparencies
·  Ordering fixture grids and glorifiers from International order books· Designing local grids and glorifiers for customised local solutions
·  Creating local planograms based on International guidelines and ranged stock
·  Developing Visual Merchandiser guidelines for in-store execution and merchandising excellence
·  Developing Visual Merchandiser bulletins for in store execution of new product launches to be setup by in store staff

What we are looking for:

·  You must have a knowledge of computer design software;· PowerPoint and Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign and ideally the ability to read store plans & elevations
·  You will ideally have between 2-4 years’ experience  within a similar role ideally within the Retail/FMCG industry
·  You must have had previous experience in project management and ability to multitask, meet deadlines, manage budgets and liaise effectively with various stakeholders
·  A Design background / relevant tertiary qualifications or studies in this field will be highly regarded
·  You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
