Our program

During your internship, you will get down and be involved with the inner workings of a successful, market-leading Beauty company, as you collaborate and learn from some of the most passionate, intelligent and creative people. One L'Oréalite can create a huge impact, and it is no different with our interns. Many of our leaders are L’Oréal babies who started with us as Interns and progressed to Management Trainees.

Internship Period: Jan-Jul 2019

How can you contribute?

Have you always aspired to be a researcher for beauty brands? Do you love experimenting with the unknown? Are you passionate about lab work?

We are looking to hire a Lab Research (Aging) Intern for our Research & Innovation team (R&I) based in Singapore international research and development centre for biomedical sciences, Biopolis.

Key responsibilities of this role:

·  Perform laboratory experiments, data analysis and data presentation
·  Writing scientific reports and do meticulous note and record-keeping
·  Conduct literature study independently
·  Assist other ad-hoc scientific projects

Profilo richiesto

The ideal candidate should have:

·  Background and interest in Molecular, Cell Biology or Life Sciences
·  Love for laboratory and project work
·  Benchwork research experience (experience in culturing mammalian cells, western blotting, immunostaining and biochemical assays preferred)
·  Results-oriented, able to take initiative and has strong follow-up skills
·  Outgoing personality, high energy, strong communication skills

Conducting literature reviews independently, to meticulously interpreting data for reports and presentations also trained me in qualitative areas outside the lab.”
