Job description
Core responsibilities include :
· Develop quality reporting capability at corporate level
· Provide actionable insight from data sets and add value to business by telling story with data to influence stakeholders
· Ability to use visualization/ reporting tool to demonstrate findings from analysis
· Leveraging data and analytics to connect the impact of marketing tactics on business and financial outcomes in the short and long term
· Identify and implement new KPI tracking that align with business directions
· Producing industry and competitor analysis to help media investment decisions
·
Confident with the techniques of analysis in large data set, e.g. extrapolation and forecasting techniques, statistical analysis (hypothesis testing, regression)
·
Ability to communicate models/findings/algorithms clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements :
· Persistent and detail-oriented
· Good communication skills
· Problem solving skills and business acumen
· Least 2-3 years of experience in data related role at brand side or business insight agency
Qualification and Skills:
· Good writing, speaking and listening in both English and Chinese
· Experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI or other reporting tool is required
· Experience of R or SPSS or Python etc. is plus
· Experience in advanced marketing analytics project is plus (marketing mix model, attribution, T/B testing etc. )
· Experience in Ali databanks is plus
