Job description

Responsibilities:

·  Analyzes local customers/consumer insights, competitors new launches, market share, channels trends
·  Tracks promotions (analysis, weekly tracking and sharing of animation and products performance)
·  Pilots budget of the brand: new launches/ promotions/ category
·  Develops and implements retention and conquest programs for salons and hairdressers
·  Works on sales forecast by brand/ sub-brand/ product and phasing, with Supply Planning
·  Adapts international assets and content to country, but also creates country specific assets
·  Creates sales pitch: story-telling, agency brief, upload on Business Partners devices
·  Presents cycle to commercial regional managers, First Level Sales Managers and to salesforce in regional cycle presentation
·  Defines social media strategy by network, based on international guidelines and annual brand plan, and analyzes the effectiveness of  investment and activity
·  Activates online community management to maximize reach and creates content
·  Develops understanding of customers/consumers through social engagement & analytics
·  Allocates and executes budget for influencer marketing
·  Owns and drives value out of consumer CRM and precision advertising
·  Engages team members for 360 activation (education, digital experts…)
·  Ensures community management
·  Captures, selects and approves consumer/ customer generated content to be shared/ published
·  Manages ROI and effectiveness of social media investment and activity

Requirements:

•      Graduate in marketing or communication

•      Min 2 years marketing experience (brand management) or Digital/Social Media

•      Brand vision and understanding associated with good product sensitivity

•      Analytical skills, including sales forecasting; sense of details

•      Experience in collaborative work; ability to form strong relationships with various stakeholders

•      Strong digital mindset

•      Experience in social media and community management, including influencers

•      Strong communication and presentation skills
