As a Luxury Parfum Professional you will have a true passion for fragrance. You will creatively convey the story behind the products bringing to light their features and qualities whilst delivering a best in class client experience during extended, personalised one to one consultations with clients.

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop and maintain product knowledge and current market trends

·         Generate retail sales through the successful execution of in-store events and consultations with clients; using confident communication and presentation skills

·         Ensure all clients receive the highest level of service, completing all necessary steps of client transactions

·         Grow brand loyalty through networking; build client relationships and invite clients back for repeat appointments / events.

·         Make appropriate, personalised product recommendations

·         Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding goals or expectations through the delivery of superior service. Fluency in spoken Arabic and/or Russian would be ideal.
