As a Campus Lead, you will wear multiple hats bringing your HR and Marketing capabilities for attracting, hiring and integrating young talent to our diverse beauty business. You are someone who can balance strategic and operational responsibilities with ease.

Key Deliverables

· You will lead the recruitment lifecycle for entry level managerial talent from top partner business schools in India

· You will develop localization strategy for our global employee value proposition (EVP) “Lead the future of beauty” targeting the Indian audience. This would entail defining our message and understanding our target population, communicating our message (develop content, campaigns and coordinate events on-campus and online); and establish and evaluate KPIs for the effectiveness of our recruitment marketing and experiences.

· You will take the role of a subject matter expert for L’Oreal India on MBA recruitment for marketing, commercial sales, finance, and information technology talent, delivering a high quality talent pipeline for summer internships and full-time management trainee hires.

· You will drive innovation in recruitment process using assessment tools, social media and best in class candidate experience

· You will lead the design and implementation of on-boarding, learning plan and placement of talent into the permanent roles in the business

· You will lead the campus activations such as Brandstorm, Sustainability challenge, L’Oreal on Campus etc

· You will develop mutually beneficial relationships with campus administrations, professors, deans, and career services as well as external vendors

Key success factors:

· Demonstrate ability to identify, critique and interview talent

· Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and business writing /communication skills

· Sensitivity to beauty, lifestyle and/or aesthetic-oriented brands ideal

· Sound decision-making skills, hands-on work style and strong influencing skills

· Highly organized team player with ability to multi-task

· Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting

· Digital affinity

· High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications

Key Relationships:

·  Internal Interactions – Marketing, Sales, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources teams
·  External Interactions – Partner Campuses, Student clubs, Professors, Vendors and Agencies

Physical Demands (e.g. % travel):

·  Extensive Travel during recruitment season (Aug – Dec)

Education:

·  MBA / Masters (MBA Batch 2012/2013/2014)
