Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Good command of MS Office Applications - particularly in Excel and Word
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong research, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills
- High level of personal responsibility, hardworking and eager to take initiative and act pro-actively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Description:
- Conducting research for prospective clients
- Supporting overall administrative set-up and follow-up for Client & Engagement Acceptance processes
- Performing Client & Engagement Acceptance Process in line with Risk Management requirements
- Communication with global operation centers on various risk-based requirements
- Conducting independence clearance processes of clients subject to regulation
- Configuration of engagement start-up settings
- Assisting internal clients with their documentational queries
- Taking part in periodical projects for client and engagement maintenance operations
- Preparing periodical reports on client and engagement related data
- Maintaining coordination among various departments including Quality and Risk Management, Business Development, Planning and reporting, and Regulatory Compliance
