The role and responsibilities

Within the Management Consulting practice, KPMG is looking for Project Managers / Business Analysts who combine proven experience in projects and a sound understanding of Financial Services organization and processes (in Retail Banking, Private Banking, Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Capital Markets or Insurance.).

While leveraging on your past experience, you will join a KPMG team and you will take an active part in organizational and IT/business transformation projects, including but not limited to designing and supporting the roll-out of new operating models and systems, business process re-engineering, robotic process automation, project management & quality assurance, business requirements collection and specification, etc.

The perfect candidate

•You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, IT, Engineering, or any other related domain.
•You can demonstrate at least 3 years of experience.
•You have already been involved in IT or business transformation projects.
•You have a good knowledge of some major Financial Services activities and processes.
•You have strong analytical skills.
•You are fluent in English and French or German.
•You have developed excellent presentation and communication skills.
•Knowledge of some Financial Services regulations would be considered an asset.
