KPMG Spark provides bookkeeping services designed for small business owners. Our dedicated bookkeeping teams utilize our software to handle client's books by securely sending their data and automatically connecting it to their bank accounts, credit cards and third party integrations through the Spark app. Our services help clients ensure their financials are up to date, their payroll is delivered, their taxes are filed, and more importantly our clients are freed up to do more of what they love.

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Assurance Analyst to join our KPMG Spark organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Evaluate software requirements and develop Quality Assurance (QA) plans, QA test scripts, and acceptance criteria for various testing phases
·  Collaborate as a member of the development team and other QA resources to create test procedures to thoroughly test the applications
·  Architect and contribute to our automated test suite
·  Oversee acceptance testing of new or revised modules, as well as automated test scripts and implement new or modified QA procedures and standards
·  Automation of web-based User Interface tests
·  Provide feedback to the development and other service and support teams on usability, functionality and quality of user experience and help to ensure that high severity bugs are caught during the QA phase

Qualifications:

·  Minimum five years of experience with .Net, Ruby on Rails, QTP, TFS, web service testing using Soap UI, process engineering, and test cast generation; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
·  Minimum two years of experience with automated testing, modeling tools, change management, and test case generation techniques
·  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
·  Experience testing Ruby / Rails applications as well as JavaScript frameworks including React
·  Experience with algorithms, complexity analysis, and software design
·  Knowledge of basic client/server architecture and computer networks
