KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, GBO Risk Support Services to join our Global Business Operations organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Provide technical knowledge, direction, and guidance around entity and securities data and independence processes to internal and external stakeholders
·  Work independently and as part of the team, as well as interact with all levels of management
·  Help ensure high level data quality and integrity by performing and administering multiple data mapping, cleansing, and refresh exercises
·  Reconcile systems data, write complex database queries, and generate and analyze reports
·  Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing, which includes preparing test scenarios and liaising with the business leads to report results
·  Analyze complex information, make appropriate recommendations and apply intricate rules and regulations with regards to the investment landscape

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of two years’ experience in data analysis, process development, project management, and time management with the ability to understand and apply intricate rules and regulations and quickly analyze complex information in order to make appropriate recommendations
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
·  Proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint with a basic understanding and knowledge of Access and SQL preferred
·  Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
·  Experience in using various entity and security data research tools, such as Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, and Moody's preferred
