Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Manage the AQR calendar sending out meeting requests for all relevant AQR meetings
- Meeting room booking support
- SAP set up for inspectors, requesting IT logins and laptops and arrange access passes
- Work with engagement teams to obtain all relevant audit engagement files from the DMS team and ensure these are loaded onto inspectors KPMG laptops
- Being the first port of call for inspectors in relation to room bookings, IT support, obtaining building access passes and other ad hoc requests (e.g. lockable cabinets)
- To update the AQR tracker for agreed timetables with the AQR

- Help with the project to update the AQR in scope entities list and collate data which is required by the business, the FRC and the ICAEW

- Obtain time reports from engagement teams to understand effort spent on inspections

- Receiving/collating regulatory forms and obtaining signatures from relevant individuals internally (typically Head of Audit)
