Role

We are currently seeking to hire a Typist who will join our Audit practice in a newly created team for a 12 month contract role, on either a Part-Time or Full-Time basis (min. 20 hours per week).

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills - in particular Microsoft Word
• Excellent copy typing
• A high degree of enthusiasm, adaptability, reliability and flexibility
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Willing to take on responsibility for delegated tasks
• Ability to provide solutions and alternatives
• Ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks

The successful candidate will also provide general assistance in the operational activities of the Audit Support division supporting the day-to-day requirements.

While supporting the Audit practice, your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

• Provide general assistance in the operational activities of the Audit Support division supporting the day-to-day requirements;
• Generate the initial outline for the clients' accounts;
• Process changes on several versions of the accounts until the Word document is finalised;
• Modify the template following the specification of new requirements.
