YOUR ROLE
Support assigned sales personnel to pursue more business as per sales process. Help to coordinate with other departments for pricing and issue resolution on behalf of sales. Take Initiative of assigned SME retention among Field Sales' house accounts
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist sales to identify potential customer, contact details, PIC (telemarketing)
· Assist sales team to follow up with customers on potential orders (retention)
· Support assigned sales personnel with prospect / customer engagement: plan sales calls, follow up offer.
· When assigned, perform telesales activities
· Coordinate Sales with other departments in terms of sending Pricing / QT request, booking transition
· Support sales on A/R collection (at required)
· Support sales in updating Corelog input as per authorized working function on system
· Support sales in issues' solution, be first point of contact as inside sales with customer when necessary
· Engage into Marketing initiatives by data preparation, active participation if any campaign
Support Sales department on Team's admin task: car usage (incl. sales & back up car from other departments), actively combine sales' call (if required) in sales planning (depending on routine, car using), weekly sales meeting minute, co-work within team to complete sales plan for any visitors' CST…
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
· Bachelor Degree.
· 03 years of experience in Freight Forwarding.
· At least 2 years as Sales Support or Customer Service in Freight Forwarding.
· Having knowledge of foreign trade
· Customer oriented & good at consultative skills.
· Having To-do-attitude & good communication skills.
· Good command of English.
