Road Logistics Operation Executive

Your Role

Road Logistics Operation Executive has general responsibility to Site manager in customer service, Distribution, Sea/ Air import/ export custom clearance, order handling, truck planning, data, KPI control and supervise all activities related to distributions per assigned customers. He/ she will maintain good relationship with customers/ internal customer and subcontractors. Additionally, he/she is able to work multi tasks with strong focus.

Your Responsibilities

·  Daily communicate with Kuehne+Nagel team, checking document (Delivery order, Certificate of Origin, Equipment
Interchange Receipt - EIR receipt, bill of lading, invoice, packing list…), follow up CDF with sub-contract, handling custom clearance service.
·  Daily communicate with Kuehne+Nagel  team, subcontractor, customer and relevant parties to get smooth operation in import/ export sea/air services.
·  Follow up job file in Road Log system.
·  Understanding of coordinating process of import and export for truck transportation     
·  Ensure driver compliance on safety, receiving and delivery process.
·  Follow up and require driver to acquire 100% on time delivery and other agreed Key Performance Indexes (KPIs).
·  Update daily operation report and KPI accurately and meet Kuehne+Nagel request.
·  Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are effectively assigned and properly completed.
·  Conduct operation in line with Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), working instructions
·  Maintain team work, productive working environment
·  Willing to work overtime / shift and ad-hoc task in case of need to complete service.
·  Handle cross booking request from nominated and free hand customers.
·  Follow shipping instructions from sales department, destinations and customers.
·  Follow the working instructions and SOP to full fill their job properly.
·  Close file, do Financial Sub Ledger (FSL), collect money
·  Resolve, Report, Record complaints in professional manner
·  Train new employees if requested

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Posses Bachelor Degree
·  Having 2 year experience in Operation of Road Logistics, or Transportation
·  Having competent knowledge of Road Logistics
·  Having experience in Operation of Sea Logistics, Air Logistics or Fast-moving consumer goods industry is an advantage
·  Good at office skills (Especially in Excel), time/ job management, communication and problem solving skills
·  Quick learner and easily adapting to a new environment
·  Customer oriented
·  Good command of English
