Your Role

We provide state of the art training strategy, concepts and material to the Kuehne + Nagel Seafreight organization. Your Responsibilities

·  Design, creation and implementation of strategies for e-Learning and distance learning
·  Developing training material (storyboard, exercises, tests, handouts, trainer scripts, documentation) for individual and classroom courses for various target groups
·  Maintaining a professional training system used for all training activities.
·  Designing and developing new Release Training based on manuals and testing.
·  Identifying further key training areas in Seafreight Systems applications, designing and developing new training programs.
·  Interacting with the Regional Trainers to ensure new processes training are deployed effectively.
·  Reporting, monitoring and administration of the training activities via Training Management Tool and Web Intelligence, for all Seafreight Systems product trainings.
·  Regular exchange and alignment of training concepts with trainer colleagues from other business units

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Experience in forwarding/logistics operations or related industries as advantage
·  PC literate - especially MS Powerpoint, MS word
·  Transport or Supply Chain Management applications or Learning management systems as advantage
·  Process oriented thinking and flair for IT
·  Analytical capability, systematical thinking
·  Self-motivated and independent
·  To be able to work individually and also as part of a team
·  Good verbal and written English skill
