What we're looking for:

As part of our KNMG (KN Military and Government) contract we have an exciting opportunity to be part of something very special. Located at Donnington - Telford, the process engineer team is a proactive and forward thinking business support unit who provide vital and pivotal information.

The prime objective and responsibility for the Process Engineer will be the creation and documentation of processes/activities required to deliver the business end-to-end processes to support the implementation of the WMS (JDA and OTM- Oracle Transport Management) systems integration, and also, facilitate a programme of process improvement work across the KNMG contract.

Responsibility for the creation of Processes for KNMG( KN Military and Government) contract and liaison with User Acceptance Testing and BAU (Business As Usual) to ensure full integration with Warehouse Management System (WMS).

What you'll do:

· 
Deliverables will be the creation, of the required process flows for the planned WMS integration as follows:

· 
Facilitate workshops with all required stakeholders across functional and operational teams as appropriate

· 
Be responsible for the creation and validation end to end processes and be expected to support achievement of final approval from all relevant stakeholders

· 
The Process Engineer will be expected to create and write new processes, deliver any improvement opportunities identified during the process definition stage in accordance with our Continuous Improvement methodology.

What you'll bring:

· 
Has Process Engineering experience with relevant operational experience in the Logistics / Supply Chain industry, with a good knowledge and understanding of Logistics and Warehouse processes

· 
Has a proven track record in the successful process mapping across complex operations and multi-functional work streams

· 
Experienced facilitator and measures success based on output

· 
Recognised Qualification( or experience) in Lean/Six Sigma Methodologies- desirable

· 
Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, Microsoft Project and Outlook)

· 
Ability to work under pressure and to clearly defined deadlines

· 
Able to Challenge the status quo and be probing and have an analytical approach

· 
Communication and influencing skills at all levels
