Overland Sales Apprentice | United Kingdom | GB10274
You can be the future of our sales team at Kuehne + Nagel. As an Overland Sales Apprentice you will earn as you learn, combining practical on-the-job training with study towards both a Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard and a Level 3 Sales Diploma.
YOUR ROLE
We're looking at our Overland Sales apprentices to be Kuehne + Nagel's future Sales Leaders. The opportunities are endless for those that work hard and are eager to learn. You will work within a very successful sales team and learn everything you need to know to be a top sales performer whilst being supported by your peers, your managers, and the apprenticeship team within Kuehne + Nagel.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure that customer expectations are met/exceeded during the movement of goods.
Constant communication with a variety of key clients through post, email and phone.
Using IT systems to process requirements from clients and overseas agents.
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during a shipment and ensure the client and/or
Account Manager is updated.
Process sales and purchase invoices of the branch
Support the Account Managers helping with day to day duties
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
· Excellent Customer service skills
· Excellent Communication skills - Verbal, Written and Telephone Skills
· Strong organisational skills
· Computer Literate and able to adapt to in house systems
· Strong personality
· Resilience
· A drive for success
· A want to be the best that you can be.
· A willingness to learn
· Supportive of the business and of your peers.
· Five GCSE's including Math's and English at grade 4 or above.
