Your tasks and responsibilities
- System, processes and training manager for the NE area.
- SeaLOG import processes / SeaLOG export (preparation): liaison between operations NE and corporate team Systems and Processes.
- Coordinating projects of automation and productivity increase
- Monitoring and facilitating the cooperation between the NE branches and the Shared Service Center
- Assisting in automatic rates settings and retrieval (QTSea and CCD development)
- Assist Training Team for system releases, testing and roll outs
- Work with training team including preparation of training material to support NE team
- Liaise with customer solution team to implement specific customer needs (system integrations / operational settings)
Your skills and experience
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 12 month operational background in seafreight import/export
• Knowledge of Kuehne+Nagel systems an advantage
