We are looking a Bilingual IS - Superuser (Japanese & English)
YOUR ROLE
The System Super User will provide Systems knowledge and training to Operations for startup of new clients, as well as ongoing support throughout life of operations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Troubleshoot system issues and work with Customer IT resources to resolve
· Ensure that proper knowledge transfer is done with internal resources
· Training and support for local WMS users of client supplied systems (Q-Data & High Jump WMS system)
· Partner with the Engineering team to create related system processes
· Monitoring of problem reporting queues
· Support of customer WMS operational warehouse set up and execution
· Production and maintenance of training documentation and working instructions for customer system in operations
· System validation - ensure that processes are aligned with customer requirements
· Data extraction and report management
· Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
· Management of user logins and profiles on client supplied systems (Q-Data & High Jump only)
· Fluent in both English and Japanese
· Other duties as assigned from time to time by the Company.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge required:
· Understanding of Logistics processes
· Computer system administration
· Proven proficiency in an automated warehouse environment
Education required:
· College or University degree or equivalent experience required
