Your Role

As Human Resources Business Partner at Ireland’s 3rd Best Workplace you will deliver national HR initiatives and service to our people across Ireland. We are seeking a HR professional who is committed to delivering an excellent service to our business and people with the motivation to succeed in a fact paced, innovative and collaborative environment as you develop in your career at a leading, global organisation where the contribution of HR is highly valued. You will work together with the close-knit HR team in Dublin to deliver a best practice HR service model to the business.

Your Responsibilities

·  Develop strong business and stakeholder relationships across all areas of the business, providing advice and best practice to Management in line with company policies, legislation and emerging trends
·  Work in close collaboration with leadership to bring Kuehne + Nagel’s strategy and purpose to life, including organisation design, capability & resource planning, and employee engagement
·  Support organisational change projects and their associated people implications
·  Develop and implement HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives, with a specific focus on employee engagement and improving the colleague experience
·  In collaboration with our Regional Talent Sourcing Center, support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a best in class on-boarding experience and strong employer brand
·  Collaborate with HR colleagues on wellness, diversity & inclusion, apprenticeship, recognition and other programmes as they arise
·  Proactively manage employee relations, engaging early to support resolution and prevent unnecessary escalation
·  Manage talent, performance management and succession planning processes across the business

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Proven experience in a similar role with exposure to high quality employee relations, performance management and talent management agendas
·  Strong knowledge of Irish employment law framework
·  Demonstrated experience of working on a progressive people agenda
·  Excellent relationship management and influencing skills with a strong client service orientation with excellent communication skills
·  Project management / change management experience with the ability to project manage multiple projects and initiatives through to successful delivery
·  Enthusiasm about delivering an excellent HR service with personal accountability, discretion and integrity
·  Ability to multi-task with excellent problem-solving skills, prioritisation skills and adaptability
·  Strong team player
