Program Overview
This 2 year program within the QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental) Business Unit, aims to identify and develop talented graduates to be Kuehne + Nagel's core management group in the future. This rigorous program will train these graduates in the operational activities of our QSHE BU, while imbuing them with the right values to excel in Kuehne + Nagel.
Key Program Elements:
-3 intra-BU rotations with Forwarder Certification upon program completion
-Mentor & Peer Coaching
-Bi-annual 360 Feedback & Assessment reviews
-Financial subsidy for Undergraduate studies (for Poly graduates)
Program Requirements:
-Open to Singapore polytechnic & university graduates only
-Preference to be given to graduates in Engineering, Logistics, Operations & Supply Chain
-Excellent academic and extra-curricular credentials
