Job description

The role has direct responsibility for supporting the Forecast Coordinator in the production of the seven month rolling forecast. Reviewing and highlighting data integrity concerns alongside day to day management tasks. Overall SLA's to be achieved monthly.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

·  Support the Forecast Coordinator to receive and review customer forecasts and demand for a period of seven months analysing data and providing feedback to improve accuracy and reduce overall spend

·  Hold weekly/monthly calls with relevant customers to discuss performance and required areas of improvement

·  Support the Forecast Coordinator to calculate overall demand for purchases and issue to the customer for final approval

·  Complete data integrity checks and raise to the forecast coordinator

·  Ensure all personnel adhere to all Company, legal, environmental, ISO, security and Health and Safety procedures and standards

·  Communication of equipment restrictions to the Programme team and to support the introduction of new products

·  Liaise with other areas of the business in order to promote good working relations and to assist in overall Company performance

·  Ensure the Company's standards of housekeeping are maintained within the working area

Your skills and experience

·  Experience in demand, supply chain or vendor management would be advantageous

·  Experience in direct customer service and contact

·  Experience in using SAP and warehouse management systems would be advantageous

·  Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications, ability of interpreting data

·  Good knowledge of creating and maintaining spread sheets and formulas within Excel

·  Experienced in Stock management and stock control

·  Understanding of KPI's

·  Good understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001
